We can work with you as consultants to identify ways to improve your business performance through training and development.

Our Approach

The first stage of this process is to meet with you to talk about the improvements you would like to see made. If you are not sure, then we can work with you to identify these. This initial stage looks at a range of things such as:

  • Training and Development already undertaken
  • Your current in house training programmes
  • Any reports or data that you have that show trends in performnce
  • Your Appraisal/Performance Management Process

 

Once we have this information, it would be good for us to talk to a range of people in your organisation to get more data. The depth of this stage is dependent on your budget and the timescales you have set us.

Next, we will analyse everything we have gathered and come back to you with a proposed solution. This may be a training course, or it could be:

  • Coaching Sessions
  • Mentoring Scheme
  • Updates to your Appraisal/Performance Management process

 

This proposal will also include the price to deliver this solution and some figures on what difference it should make.

If you agree, then we will discuss how it will be delivered. For example, do you want us to deliver it, or train your in house trainers to deliver the solution with our support.

Once agreed we will then develop the solution for you. We will provide you with everything that you need to run the programme. Be rest assured, we don’t do if the shelf in this scenario, everything that we do is geared towards your business and your need.

We will then deliver the solution to the agreed approach, at a time and location that suits you.

Finally, once delivered we will carry out a thorough evaluation. This starts as the delegates leave the programme, and continues up to six months after, looking at improvements and working out return on investment. The depth of the evaluation depends on budget.
