In order to use our system you will need to ensure you have the following technical requirements:

Access to a PC with broadband connection or better – A high speed internet connection is required to see the live stream of the trainer and other delegates who are attending the online training course.

Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari Web Browser – The system should work with Chrome; however, in some tests we carried out the Shockwave Player plugin seems to crash in Chrome. We have no control over this so we suggest using Internet Explorer, Firefix or Safari

Flash Player Installed – In order to view the live streams you will need to have the latest version of Flash installed on your PC. Most modern PC’s have Flash already installed; however, most new Mac’s don’t and it will need to be installed. You can check to see if you have Flash Installed by visiting this webpage. If you see the Flash animation saying you have Flash installed then you are good to go. If not, you will need to download it and install it. You can get it from the Adobe Website here. . If you have any problems with Flash you will need to upgrade it to the latest version.

A webcam and microphone – Should you wish to speak to the trainer or other delegates.
