QUICK TIPS – Being More Positive
Chose your attitude. If you tell yourself that you are going to have an awful day, you are pretty much guaranteed to have one.
When you find yourself in a situation, take a step back and think about what is going on – engage your brain the respond. It only take 2 seconds.
If you can, question people involved in the situation to establish their point of view, then respond appropriately.
Remember that you have the ability to separate emotion from the body language that you demonstrate. So, no matter what the feelings are you have toward someone, you should be very aware of the body language you demonstrate.
These points are key if you are a leader. You need to be very aware of the behaviour that you demonstrate.
