In this session we look at tools and tactics to help you produce and structure business documents.
We look at how to make the written word sound positive and how to get the message across clearly. We’ll introduce you to simple methods to help structure emails, letters and reports and how to make them look and sound interesting. We’ll also look at how to get to the point by getting your message across clearly in the fewest words possible without sounding harsh or sound.

Your course will be delivered by one of our trainers who we've accredited not only on their knowledge in the field, but also their ability to deliver training in the way we promise it will be - fun, interactive an down to earth. Many of our trainers have had years of experience in their field meaning they can bring real life experience and examples along to the course. What happens after I book?

The very nature of open workshops means they are generic skills. We do send out a pre-course questionnaire for you to complete. This allows your trainer to understand what you want to get from the session, and they will prepare themselves the best they can to meet everyone's objectives. How may people will be on the course?
It depends on the course. Some workshops will have up to 12 people on them, others only 6. Can I book then cancel?
