David Lumley – Managing Director

With over 10 years in the training and development industry, David has developed a fantastic understanding of how to improve business performance through training and development. He has worked for a range of companies, from small family run businesses to large blue chip.

David started Revolution Learning and Development from scratch, and is fully committed to developing the business and building relationships with clients.

David works with our clients through all stages of the cycle, conducting initial fact finds and delivering many of the solutions. He specialises in Management and Leadership Development, Coaching, Behavioural Change as well as many other subjects.

Heather Cook – Account Manager

Heather is new to the team and is taking the role of Account Manager as a development role. Heather is responsible for client liaison and taking calls that come into the office. She will also take responsibility for handling the company accounts, sending invoices and dealing with payment queries. Heather’s background is in customer service, and she has the ability and skills to exceed customers needs.
